THIS IS WHAT I NEED

Concrete Sealing & Painting

Each installer is capable of refinishing floors, imprinting designs into a concrete overlay, and applying a variety of different coatings and overlays.

We also have all of the necessary licenses and insurance to handle any project, from modest domestic flooring to big commercial installs. Decorative concrete resurfacing projects would be impossible to execute without the use of appropriate sealers. This improves the overall appearance while also acting as a protective layer against scratches, abrasion, stains, spills, and other contaminants. Concrete Painting and Sealing Solutions You Can Count On

We keep three important features of the installation technique in mind when we install our goods and premium concrete coating for pool deck resurfacing, stain application, or other related projects:

1. Safety

This is the most important thing to us. Our product texture is well-known for producing a slip-resistant surface around pool decks, concrete patios, concrete driveways, and other high-traffic areas. With its non-skid designs, stamped overlay may help offer a safer walking surface.

2. Convenience

Our materials are intended to provide a comfortable walking surface that will not become abrasive over time. Because our coatings absorb less heat than plain concrete throughout the hot summer months, your new swimming pool deck will be pleasant to stroll on bare feet.

3. Aesthetics

Our concrete solutions can give outdated or damaged surfaces a completely new look. With the diversity of designs and stain colors we provide, your surfaces will not only have an aesthetically pleasant look, but they will also be protected for a longer amount of time. Concrete stained with acid or water-based floor stains seems more luxury and costly, and it also enhances the appearance of discolored floors.

We are also well-known for our excellent customer service and skilled Miami concrete contractors! Our response time from the initial phone contact for an estimate is generally within 72 hours to present our clients with an estimate for their individual project.

Concrete Painting and Sealing FAQS

How long do you have to wait after sealing concrete?
Allow fresh concrete to completely cure (at least 28 days or as recommended). The majority of sealers must be applied in dry circumstances. When applied to moist concrete, it may produce haziness or lack of adhesion. During sealer application and for at least 24 hours thereafter, air temperatures should be above 50°F.

How will my sealed surface look?

It all depends on the type of sealer used. Because they permeate the concrete, most chemically reactive sealers are practically undetectable. Acrylic resin sealers and epoxies based on solvents provide substantial color improvement and give concrete a high-gloss wet appearance. Water-based acrylic resin sealers provide a satin look and give mild color improvement. Urethanes (usually used as a topcoat over epoxy) are available in a variety of finishes, ranging from matte to gloss. Many sealers can be tinted to be transparent or opaque.

Will the sealant make my concrete slick?

In general, reactive penetrating sealers have little influence on the concrete surface profile or traction. Most topical coatings can alter the surface profile of concrete and may need the application of anti-skid additives in areas subjected to foot or vehicle activity.

How long will my sealer be effective?

Reactive chemical sealers endure the longest since they permeate the concrete and normally only wear away if the substrate surface itself goes away, which can take 10 years or more. Similar performance may be obtained by utilizing an epoxy or urethane system, which typically lasts 5 to 10 years depending on traffic exposure. Acrylic-resin sealers have the lowest performance life, which ranges from 1 to 3 years.
